Niko Abramidis &NE – DYOR U

During the summer semester, Niko Abramidis &NE will transform the CAS into a headquarters of secret research, knowledge discovery and knowledge generation. Like an early modern knowledge repository, the "Do Your Own Research Center" (DYOR) serves as a think tank to open up scientific knowledge encrypted by archaic codes and to provide substantial insights into the future.

Niko Abramidis &NE studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich with Julian Rosefeldt and Markus Oehlen and at the University of the Arts in Berlin with Byung-Chul Han. He is co-founder of the art space easy!upstream, which he programmatically directed from 2015 to 2018.

Frauke Kreuter holds the Chair of Statistics and Data Science in the Social Sciences and Humanities at LMU.

Prof. Dr. Frauke Kreuter will give the introduction at the Vernissage on 20 April 2023.
