INTERFERENCE is the title given to the series of photo objects in which Georg Küttinger addresses the subject of perception and the perceivable as well as the field of possibilities contained therein. Alongside the focus on various perspectives and points in time during the creation of the photo montages that serve as the basis of the images, he also shapes the space that lies between the observer and the image itself. Through layering motifs and effects as well as the play of light and minute changes in observation perspective, the dynamic, subjective perception is brought to a state of oscillation.
- The photographic artist Georg Küttinger lives and works in Munich. He studied architecture at the TU Munich.
- Introductory remarks will be provided by Prof. Dr. Nikolaos Koutsouleris at the vernissage on 4. Dezember 2023.
