In our intricate and interconnected world, the study of diversity has gained tremendous importance across academic disciplines and societal domains. As we face challenges like climate change and increased interactions among people from diverse backgrounds, understanding diversity is recognized as crucial. At the same time, homogenization strategies are relevant for the coherence of a society, both at the individual level and within social systems, including the scientific system.
The lecture series is part of the CAS Research Focus “Dis/Similarities“ led by Prof. Dr. Francesca Biagini.
