  • Seraina Grünewald is Professor of International Business Law and Financial Law at the University of St. Gallen. Before coming to St.Gallen she was Professor of European and Comparative Financial Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. She is currently a Visiting Fellow at CAS and member of Ann-Katrin Kaufhold’s and Rüdiger Veil’s CAS Research Group “The Institutional Architecture for a 1.5 °C World”.
