Prof. Dr. Helmuth Kiesel

Helmuth Kiesel is Professor of Modern German Literature at the Heidelberg University.
His research focuses on the history of German Literature from 1918 to 1945.
Helmuth Kiesel is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in May 2016 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Oliver Jahraus (Senior Researcher in Residence 2015/16). He will participate in the international conference "Sache/Ding. Eine Ästhetische Leitdifferenz in der Medienkultur der Weimarer Republik" from 19 to 21 May 2016.
