Mathilde Antoniades is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the AI for Biomedical Imaging Laboratory (AIBIL) at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA.

She holds a Ph.D. from King’s College London and was a postdoctoral fellow at Mount Sinai in New York before joining the AI for Biomedical Imaging Laboratory (AIBIL) at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mathilde Antoniades is an internationally active researcher in the field of psychosis and neuroimaging. She has accumulated almost a decade’s worth of experience in the collection and analysis of neuroimaging, cognitive and clinical data in neuropsychiatric populations. Her main interest lies in understanding the neurobiology of psychiatric disorders and in particular, in understanding how neuronal dysfunction give rise to whole-brain behaviors and mental illness.

She is a Visiting Fellow at CAS at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Nikolaos Koutsouleris (Medicine, LMU) and Prof. Dr. Johannes Levin (Medicine, LMU) in the context of the CAS Research Group Tools for Transnational Neuropsychiatric Research.
