Michael Nielsen, Ph.D.

Michael Nielsen is a Lecturer in Philosophy at The University of Sydney.
He works primarily in philosophy and mathematics of probability. Michael Nielsen and Rush Tyler Stewart (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2020/21) have collaborated on several papers, including one on the application and extension of results on fair algorithms to issues in the evaluation of testimonial sources.
In the winter semester 2020/21 Michael Nielsen is a Visiting Fellow upon invitation from Rush Tyler Stewart, Ph.D. (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2020/21).
