Ancient Greek Philosophy
Tad Brennan is Professor of Ancient Philosophy at the Cornell University.
His research focusses on Ancient Greek Philosophy; primarily Plato and Aristotle, but also the Stoics, Skeptics, Epicureans, Pre-Socratics, and late Platonists.
He is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in January 2015 upon invitation from Dr. Philipp Brüllmann (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2014/15). From March to May 2026, he will be again visiting CAS at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Peter Adamson (LMU).
