Moderation: Prof. Dr. Fabian Pfeffer (LMU)
Pamela Herd is Professor of Social Policy at the University of Michigan. Donald Moynihan is Professor of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. Both are currently Visiting Fellows at CAS. Administrative burden reflects the onerous interactions that people have when accessing benefits, services, and rights in areas ranging from social welfare and voting policy to immigration and health policy. These burdens enact costs, ranging from practical costs, such as time and effort, to psychological costs, such as frustration and even fear that can shape social inequality.
Die Veranstaltung ist Teil des CAS Schwerpunktes „Die Zukunft der Bürokratie“.
