Workshop organized by Mario Gollwitzer and Marlene Voit (LMU) and Emily Kubin (University of Kaiserslautern-Landau, RPTU)

This workshop will bring together leading scholars from around the world and from different disciplines to understand the variety of ways we can define, measure, and understand how perceptions of victimhood and victimhood narratives shape conflicts. Additionally, this workshop will provide an opportunity to consider and discuss gaps in research on victimhood (narratives) and potential future directions and collaborations. The workshop is part of the CAS Research Focus “Democracy in Crisis”.
