• Pascale Cancik ist Professorin für Öffentliches Recht, Geschichte des europäischen öffentlichen Rechts und Verwaltungswissenschaften an der Universität Osnabrück.
• Sabine Kuhlmann ist Professorin für Politikwissenschaft, Verwaltung und Organisation an der Universität Potsdam und stellvertretende Vorsitzende des Nationalen Normenkontrollrats der Bundesregierung Deutschland.
• Martin Burgi ist Professor für für Öffentliches Recht, Wirtschaftsverwaltungsrecht, Umwelt- und Sozialrecht an der LMU.
