Jonathan Schaffer is a Visiting Fellow at CAS LMU from June to August 2026 upon invitation of Prof. Dr. Alyssa Ney (LMU). The project Schaffer and Ney aim to complete during the fellowship is responding to a serious challenge that has been raised to a view concerning the fundamental metaphysics that is implied by quantum mechanics, and how this fundamental metaphysical framework relates to the picture of the world we gain from ordinary experience.
