Prof. Ömer Aygün, Ph.D.

Ömer Aygün is Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy at Galatasaray University Istanbul and holds a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University. In 2017 he was a visiting fellow at Harvard University. Ömer Aygün research focuses on Aristotle‘s biological works. He translated the De Anima and the Poetics into Turkish. Ömer Aygün is a Visiting Fellow in May 2018 in the context of the CAS Research Group “Editing Metaphysics” upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Oliver Primavesi.
